Version 1.1.x
Features of the version 1.1.x are:
- An edit field into which you can type phrases you want to hear
- Word completion
- A history of spoken sentences from which you can select phrases which you
want to be re-spoken
- A phrase book from which you can select regularly used phrases.
The edit dialog for the phrase book allows you to:
- Add, edit or delete phrases and sub-phrase-books
- Assign keyboard shortcuts for phrases
- Import and export phrases and sub-phrase-books
- Import sub-phrase-books from a collection of standard-phrase books
- A configuration dialog which allows you to specify:
- The command for speaking texts
- The method of sending the text to the command (parameter or standard
input)
- The character encoding for the text
- KMouth is licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Version 1.1.x of KMouth is a part of KDE 3.2.
