This page describes the copyright conditions of all web pages on www.schmi-dt.de except those that are covered by the Copyright of the Advisor for Computer Users. As such it does also cover the web pages about KMouth whereas KMouth itself (the application) is covered by the GNU General Public License.
The information are structured into the following sections:
The date of the last change and a link to the appropriate copyright conditions can be found at the bottom of each html file.
You may copy the web pages as long as you do not deliver these copies.
This includes both the right to copy the files and the right to print the web pages but not the right to produce modified versions.
Only Gunnar Schmidt and persons that are authorized by Gunnar Schmidt are allowed to mirror or otherwise republish the web pages.
You may cite the web pages as long as you mention the source of the cite, the author and the URL of the cited file (e.g. "from the "Copyright of the web pages on www.schmi-dt.de" by Gunnar Schmidt, http://www.schmi-dt.de/copyright.en.html#cite").
If the cite is published within the internet, then the you have to set a link to the cited file instead of only mentioning the URL. In this case you are also bound to the terms within the section Right to set a link.
You are not allowed to modify or to omit some text or images within the cite and Gunnar Schmidt has the right to force to delete the cite. If you cannot delete the cite you need the explicit agreement from Gunnar Schmidt prior to publishing the cite.
Cites in illegal contexts (particularly pornographic or racist contexts) are - regardless of the fact whether Gunnar Schmidt forces to delete such a cite or not - definitely not allowed.
You are welcomed to set a link to any html-file on www.schmi-dt.de. The link must not load the hypertext files within frames and it must be clear to third persons that you are not the author of the linked page.
You are responsible to keep the link alive and Gunnar Schmidt has the right to force to change the destination of the link or the text of the link and the right to force to delete the link. If you cannot modify or delete the link you need the explicit agreement from Gunnar Schmidt prior to setting the link.
Links from a page that might be associated with illegal contents (particularly pornographic or racist contents) are - regardless of the fact whether Gunnar Schmidt forces to delete such a link or not - definitely not allowed.
